These terms apply to suncareco.tech and its subdomains, operated by Sun Care Co. Ltd (Sun Care Company), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. By using the website you accept them. Maintenance, installation and service contracts we sign with customers have their own terms, which take precedence over this page.

2. Information on this website

The website describes our services and past projects for general information. It is not medical advice and not a binding offer: prices, scope and timelines are confirmed only in a written quotation or contract. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

3. Customer portal

Portal accounts are for our customers' authorized staff. Keep your login private, give accurate information in service requests, and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

4. Our internal social media tool

Sun Care Booster is an internal application used only by authorized Sun Care staff to create marketing content and publish it to Sun Care's own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, and to view the statistics of those posts. It is not offered to the public and cannot be used to access anyone else's account. Content is published only after a staff member reviews it and confirms. Each platform's own terms of service also apply to everything we publish there.

5. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Sun Care Co. Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but do not copy or reuse our content or photographs without written permission. Equipment manufacturers' names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.

Links to other websites and social media platforms are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sun Care is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website or from relying on its general information. This does not limit our obligations under a signed customer contract.
