Scope
Three stages, one responsible team.
Site Readiness
Verify power, UPS, cooling, cable routes, system interfaces, network connections and equipment access before installation.
Installation & Startup
Position and assemble the system, complete its connections, configure workstations and network settings, and support initial start-up.
Testing & Commissioning
Complete functional and safety checks, verify imaging and PACS/DICOM connectivity, and prepare technical handover records.
For complex projects
Technical Project Management
Define the scope, review drawings and coordinate contractors, installation planning, site follow-up and acceptance testing for complex imaging projects.
