1. Who we are

This website, suncareco.tech, is operated by Sun Care Co. Ltd (Sun Care Company), a medical imaging engineering company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia: JFHA3735, Ahmed Al-Balkhi St., Madinat As Sultan, Jeddah 23648. For any privacy question, email info@suncareco.tech.

2. Information we collect

• Messages you send us. The contact form on this website does not send anything to our servers: it prepares an email in your own email app, and nothing reaches us until you send it. When you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you include in the message.
• Customer portal. Customers who use our service portal give us account details (name, organization, email, phone) and the information in their service requests, such as equipment details and fault reports.
• Technical logs. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.

3. Our social media accounts and publishing tools

Sun Care runs its own accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Our staff use an internal tool that connects to these platforms through their official APIs, using the authorization we granted for our own accounts, in order to:

• publish our own posts, images and videos to our own pages and profiles;
• read the performance of our own posts (for example the number of likes, comments, shares, views and reach) to see what content is useful to our audience;
• read comments on our posts so that we can reply to them.

If you interact with our posts, the platform may show us your public profile name and your comment, as it does for any page owner. We use this only to reply to you and to measure the performance of our content. We do not sell it, use it for advertising targeting, or share it with third parties. The tool is used only by authorized Sun Care staff, is not offered to the public, and stores its access keys on our own server. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

To create marketing images and texts, the tool sends our own ad ideas and our own photographs to AI service providers (such as Google and Anthropic). We do not send visitors' or customers' personal data to them.

4. How we use information

We use information to answer your enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver and document maintenance and installation work, run the customer portal, keep our systems secure and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that run our services for us (website and email hosting by Hostinger, and the platforms named above), with equipment manufacturers when a repair needs their support, or when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we support the equipment and as required by Saudi law. Server logs are kept for a limited period. Statistics about our own posts are kept to compare content performance over time.

7. Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent you gave us. Email info@suncareco.tech and we will reply within 30 days.

8. How to request deletion of your data

Send an email to info@suncareco.tech with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us your name and how you contacted us (email, phone, customer portal or a social media account). We will delete the data we hold about you, unless the law requires us to keep it, and confirm by email within 30 days. Comments you posted on our social media pages can also be deleted by you directly on the platform at any time.

9. Security

Our website and systems are served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to customer and account data is limited to authorized staff.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
