Complete CT installation & commissioning
From relocation and site interfaces to commissioning and clinical workflow integration, Sun Care supported the installation of a Siemens SOMATOM Definition AS 64-slice CT system in Najran.
From site readiness to start-up
The scope covered relocation, installation, start-up, calibration and functional checks. Site coordination included power interfaces, emergency-stop connections and the room warning lamp, followed by commissioning and technical handover support.
Connected imaging workflows
PACS/DICOM and worklist configuration supported the connection between the scanner and the facility workflow. Training covered patient workflow, positioning, topogram acquisition, phantom quality checks and image transfer. Recorded system options included 3D reconstruction, cardiac and neuro-perfusion applications.
Support beyond commissioning
Post-installation technical support included workflow optimization and on-site troubleshooting. The documentation work covered acceptance, asset and warranty records, operating and shutdown guidance, service logs and technician training.
The CT was installed on 13 July 2026 and recorded as operational. Commissioning was followed by technical support, workflow refinement and operating documentation.
